Interventions
The control group :Patients in the control group received decompressive craniectomy treatment.
The observation group:Patients in the observation group received pharmic treatment on the basis of those in the control group.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients conformthe diagnostic criteria for extensive cerebral infarction. They are confirmed to have cerebral infarction through CT or magnetic resonance imaging. The infarction lesions shown by CT or head MRI were larger than 4 cm. 2.The surgical indications for all patients were clear. 3. All patients received decompressive craniectomy treatment. 4. All patients had not received thrombolytic therapy within 72 hours prior to enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude those under the age of 35 and over 70; 2. Exclude patients with hematological diseases, malignant tumors, or liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Exclude those allergic to the drugs used in the study; 4. Exclude patients with hypertension, heart disease, etc.; 5. Exclude pregnant and lactating women.
