Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Medial compartment knee osteoarthritis with varus deformity; 2. Kellgren-Lawrence radiographic grade II or III; 3. Patient age between 20 and 70 years; 4. Knee flexion contracture = 110°, good function of knee collateral ligaments; 5. No history of radiotherapy within 1 year before surgery; 6. Patient's physical condition can tolerate surgery; 7. Complete preoperative and postoperative follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bicompartmental or tricompartmental osteoarthritis of the knee, or with valgus deformity of the knee; 2. Patients with Kellgren-Lawrence radiographic grade I or IV; 3. Patients aged under 20 years or over 70 years; 4. Knee flexion contracture deformity greater than 10°, varus deformity greater than 20°, knee flexion range of motion less than 110°, or impaired function of the collateral ligaments; 5. History of radiotherapy within one year before surgery; 6. Patients whose physical condition cannot tolerate surgery; 7. Missing preoperative or postoperative follow-up data.
