18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing lung surgery who are scheduled for elective one-lung ventilation; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Age: 18 to 75 years old; 4. BMI: 18.5-27.9.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There was a history of respiratory tract injury, sore throat, hoarseness and pharyngitis before the operation; 2. History of multiple laryngoscopy examinations; 3. The subjects have conditions such as Mallampati grade >=III, limited neck movement, and a distance between the nail and chin of less than 6cm, which are classified as difficult airways; 4. History of neck surgery and single-lung ventilation; 5. The patient has an upper respiratory tract infection; 6. The patient has severe liver and kidney dysfunction and abnormal coagulation function; 7. History of analgesic drug use 3 months before the operation.
