Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of AECOPD stipulated in the Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of Acute Exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with Traditional Chinese and Western medicine (2021) edition; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Stable vital signs; 4. Have normal language communication and can effectively cooperate with this project; 5. All patients and their families signed the informed consent, and the study was submitted to the medical Ethics committee of our hospital for approval.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.For those with other serious diseases that require concurrent treatment, such as hemodialysis, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, etc. 2. People with mental disorders; 3. Combined with end-stage diseases; 4. Continuously use non-invasive mechanical ventilation.
