Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 25 years; 2. BMI >= 28 kg/m²; 3. No movement disorders and no regular exercise routine; 4. Fully informed about the trial procedures and associated risks, and having signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Addiction to smoking or alcohol; 2. Failure to pass health screening. Health screening and lifestyle assessment primarily encompass: the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), electrocardiogram examination, dietary assessment (24-hour dietary recall method), and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).
