Gold Standard:Coronary heart disease was defined as a luminal stenosis >= 50% in at least one of the following major coronary arteries: the left main artery, left anterior descending artery, left circ
Index test:The large AI model generates diagnostic results by evaluating both semantic and image information.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. 2. Patients with complete data on bone mineral density (BMD), CT images, and either coronary angiography (DSA) or coronary CT angiography (CCTA).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal liver function or impaired renal function; 2. Patients with diseases affecting bone metabolism, such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, hyperparathyroidism, hypoparathyroidism, hyperthyroidism, or hypercortisolism; 3. Patients taking medications that influence bone metabolism, including bisphosphonates, calcitonin, selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERM), estrogen, glucocorticoids, teriparatide, or antitumor drugs; 4. Severe artifacts in CT images.
