Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The main complaints upon admission are sudden hemiplegia, speech impairment, or consciousness disturbance, meeting the criteria for acute ischemic stroke diagnosis; 2. First-ever stroke occurrence; 3. Admission within 24 hours of the 'Last Known Well (LKW)'; 4. Completion of multimodal CT examinations such as NCCT, CTA, and CTP, with image quality meeting post-processing requirements; 5. Availability of complete follow-up data and mRS scores; 6. Receive standardized scanning protocols and treatment and care according to relevant guidelines.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of stroke or other neurological diseases; 2. Imaging examinations indicate non-ischemic lesions such as cerebral hemorrhage or brain tumors; 3. Severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction, or concurrent malignant tumors; 4. Patients who were unable to complete the mRS score or whose follow-up information is incomplete within 90 days after stroke; 5. Multimodal CT images with severe artifacts or poor quality, making accurate post-processing and analysis impossible.
