Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 5 years, weight >=15 kg; 2. Presents clinical symptoms and/or signs of asthma: (1) Recurrent attacks of wheezing and shortness of breath, with or without chest tightness or cough, occurring mainly at night and in the morning, often related to exposure to allergens, cold air, physical or chemical stimuli, upper respiratory tract infections, exercise, etc.; (2) During attacks, scattered or diffuse wheezing can be heard in both lungs, with prolonged expiratory phase; (3) The above symptoms and signs can be relieved with treatment or resolve spontaneously; 3. Within the past 12 months, at least one of the following objective tests indicating variable airflow limitation: (1) Positive bronchodilator test (after inhalation of a bronchodilator, FEV1 increases by >12% and the absolute value of FEV1 increases by >200 ml); (2) Positive bronchial provocation test; (3) Peak expiratory flow (PEF) with an average daily diurnal variability rate (over 7 consecutive days, sum of daily PEF diurnal variability/7) >10%, or weekly PEF variability rate [(highest PEF value within 2 weeks - lowest PEF value within 2 weeks)/((highest PEF + lowest PEF)/2) × 100%] >20%.
