Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants were screened via medical history inquiry and physical examination to exclude individuals with color blindness, severe mental disorders, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, motor system diseases, autoimmune diseases, tumors, endocrine disorders, etc. 2.Passed the 2002 revised Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), with no restrictions on physical activity standards and no symptoms of chest tightness, chest pain, shortness of breath, etc. 3.Had no regular exercise habits and had not practiced Tai Chi or other fitness programs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with high physical activity levels or those for whom the experimental site was near their workplace or residence. 2.Individuals who were injured before the experiment, consumed alcohol, strong tea, coffee or other stimulating foods (e.g., spicy food), took medication or showed significant emotional fluctuations.
