Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-cesarean surgical patients who underwent spinal anesthesia at our hospital during the study period, including those from orthopedics, general vascular surgery, general gastrointestinal surgery, urology, and burn and plastic surgery departments; 2. ASA physical status classification I–IV; 3. Adult patients aged >=18 years; 4. Individuals in whom continuous non-invasive systolic, diastolic, and mean arterial pressures could be recorded.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to spinal anesthesia, such as coagulopathy or infection; 2. Patients unable to cooperate with the study or with psychiatric disorders; 3. Patients under 18 years of age; 4. Cases in which the originally planned anesthesia technique was changed to, or combined with, another method for any reason during the procedure; 5. Patients who refused to participate in the study.
