Interventions

Observation group:On the basis of conventional nursing intervention, a knowledge graph-based intelligent interactive diet management system for GDM was provided.

Control group:Personalized dietary education + exercise management

18 Years to 34 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of GDM in the 2022 Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of gestational hyperglycemia ; 2. Have normal cognition and cooperation ability, education level above junior high school; 3. Will use a smartphone; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other pregnancy complications; 2. History of diabetes before pregnancy; 3.No smartphones; 4. Can not have regular prenatal care.
