18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for PHN, and there is still persistent pain for one month or more after the rash has healed; 2. The lesion site is located on the trunk. 3. Age: 18-80 years old, VAS score: 4 points or above; 4. Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other types of skin diseases and peripheral neuropathy; 2. Skin infection at the puncture site and acute systemic infection; 3. Those who are allergic to the test drug; 4. Those with abnormal coagulation and bleeding mechanisms; 5. Those whose conditions are critical and it is difficult to make an exact assessment of the effectiveness and safety of the treatment.
