Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–65 years; 2. ASA I, II, or III classification; 3. Clinical participants undergoing pain-free gastrointestinal endoscopy; 4. BMI >= 18.5 and < 28 kg/m².
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of severe heart, lung, brain, liver or kidney diseases; 2. History of chronic alcoholism and drug abuse; 3. Patients with neuromuscular diseases or mental illnesses; 4. Allergy to anesthetic drugs; 5. Difficult airway; 6. Patients who take oral angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or oral angiotensin receptor blockers; 7. Patients who are unable to complete painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy; 8. Severe loss of sensory organs (such as vision or hearing impairment) and/or inability to communicate normally; 9. Thyroid dysfunction; 10. The patient refused.
