14 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 14 and 75 years; 2.Diagnosed with Crohn's disease (CD) based on comprehensive clinical evaluation, imaging studies, endoscopic findings, and pathological examinations; 3.CD complicated with intestinal strictures impassable by endoscopy; 4.Persistent inability to fully control intestinal obstruction symptoms despite standardized medical treatment; 5.Failure to achieve successful dilation with endoscopy alone.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of contraindications to endoscopy or laparoscopy; 2.Inability to achieve adequate bowel preparation; 3.Postoperative pathology indicating malignancy; 4.Patients with Crohn's disease complicated by intestinal fistula; 5.Patients refusing this surgical approach; 6.Patients deemed ineligible for "dual-endoscope combination" surgery by the investigators.
