Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study population consists of inpatients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis (AP) at Yichang Central People’s Hospital (First College of Clinical Medical Science of China Three Gorges University) between January 2019 and October 2023.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute kidney injury (AKI) or severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) at admission; 2.patients younger than 18 or older than 80 years; 3.pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4.patients with a hospital stay of 2 days or less; 5.patients with chronic kidney disease; 6.patients with cancer; 7.patients who subsequently developed chronic pancreatitis; 8.patients who had undergone nephrectomy or renal transplantation;
