Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients aged: 18 -60 years who met the diagnostic criteria of ICHD-? in 2018, Migraine patients who are positive in agitated saline contrast echocardiography and right-handed. Control group: 18-60-year-old healthy subjects with right-handedness who had no atrial-level shunt detected by routine transthoracic echocardiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient: (1) Combined with other neuropsychiatric system diseases, such as: trauma, tumors, infections, etc. (2) Those who failed in the assessment of anxiety, depression, sleep and cognitive scales; (3) Those with severe artifacts in MRI images that affect image analysis; (4) People with contraindications for MRI examination and claustrophobia. Exclusion criteria: Control group: (1) Abnormal MRI findings; (2) History of neurological or mental disorders such as head trauma or infection; (3) Patients with failed assessment on anxiety, depression, sleep, or cognitive scales; (4) Patients with severe image artifacts in MRI that affect image analysis; (5) Patients with contraindications for MRI examination or those with claustrophobia.
