Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Stage ? -? periodontitis; 2. The posterior dentition is complete 3. At least one posterior tooth is loose by degree II to III, and the patient strongly requests that the affected tooth be retained. 4. The patient's oral hygiene condition is good; 5. Age >=18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of systemic diseases that are difficult to control (diabetes, hematological diseases, osteoporosis, rheumatoid, tumor, etc.); 2. Root break; 3. Abutments of fixed bridge and removable partial denture; 4. Patients with temporomandibular joint disease; 5. Patients with night bruxism; 6. Patients with antithesis, locked-neck and antitheses, or patients under orthodontic treatment; 7. Pregnant women.
