Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Time grouping: - Control group: Pregnant women who completed the first trimester (the first 12 weeks of pregnancy) before December 31, 2022. - Exposure Group: Pregnant women who completed the first trimester of pregnancy (the first 12 weeks of pregnancy) on or after January 1, 2023. 2. Gestational age range: - The first trimester is defined as the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Pregnant women who have a spontaneous abortion in the early stage of pregnancy (before 12 weeks) may also be due to infection People who have had miscarriages due to COVID-19 cannot be ruled out. Whether a pregnant woman was infected with COVID-19 in the early stage of pregnancy or in the middle or late stage of pregnancy, we will not make a distinction for the time being and will include all of them in the study. 3. Data accessibility: - Pregnant women need to undergo mid-pregnancy (20-28 weeks) anatomical screening ultrasound at the participating hospital, or have a complete pregnancy outcome Medical records (first page of the medical record).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancies: Pregnant women with twin or more pregnancies. 2. Other infections: Concurrent infection with other pathogens that may affect fetal development during pregnancy (such as cytomegalovirus, rubella virus, etc.). 3. Past diseases: The pregnant woman has a history of serious chronic diseases or genetic diseases (such as diabetes, congenital heart disease, etc.). 4. Missing data: Cases lacking key data or with poor data quality.
