Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 14-50 years old, gender not limited; 2. First-episode untreated schizophrenia patients: Screened by the Concise International Neuropsychiatric Interview (M.I.N.I.7.0.2), and confirmed by two attending physicians to meet the diagnostic criteria of the Fifth Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) for schizophrenia; First onset; The total course of the disease is less than 5 years. The continuous use period of antipsychotic drugs within the past year is less than 2 weeks, and the total duration of previous antipsychotic drug use is less than 6 weeks. Healthy control: Healthy individuals who were screened through M.I.N.7.0.2 and showed no mental illness or family history of mental illness. Clinically high-risk individuals: Among the three conditions that meet the criteria for mental illness risk syndrome as screened through the fixed interview for mental illness risk syndrome One or more of them; 3. Right-handed; 4. Primary school graduation or above; 5. Normal hearing, no previous auditory system diseases; 6. The subject and/or the subject's family members and guardians sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coexisting with other mental disorders, with severe heart, liver, kidney and nervous system diseases; 2. Currently or previously meeting the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for substance abuse or substance dependence; No convulsive electroconvulsive therapy, transcranial direct current stimulation, alternating current stimulation or repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation has been received within 3.3 months. 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. A history of consciousness disorders lasting more than 5 minutes; 6. There are metal implants in the body such as dentures, arterial clips, pacemakers or metal fixators, etc. 7. Other contraindications related to magnetic resonance scanning;
