Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA Grade ?-? 2. Age: 24-35 years old; 3. Gestational age: 38 to 40 weeks; 4. Single fetus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe functional abnormalities of vital organs, pregnancy complications, and mental disorders; 2. Those with abnormal coagulation function; 3. Infection and damage at the puncture site (i.e., intraspinal anesthesia - spinal skin, transversus abdominis plane block - abdominal skin); 4. Those with a history of allergy to ropivacaine or nalbuphine. 5. Those with a long-term history of using sedative and analgesic drugs.
