Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Met the diagnosis of obesity and underwent bariatric and metabolic surgery for the first time; 2. It conforms to the diagnosis of hair loss due to kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness in traditional Chinese medicine; 3. Those aged 18 to 70; 4. Be informed and willing to participate in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe complications such as anastomotic fistula and dumping syndrome, those suffering from thyroid dysfunction, malignant tumors and other diseases that affect dietary behavior, or those in critical condition with severe dysfunction of organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys; 2. There are other types of hair loss such as alopecia areata, seborrheic alopecia, and syrutic alopecia, combined with other types of scalp skin diseases such as scalp eczema; 3. Patients who have undergone hair transplantation before; 4. Those who are currently participating in other clinical trials; 5. Those who need corrective surgery; 6. Individuals with abnormal mental states or physical disabilities; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Allergy to ginger juice
