60 Years to 77 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Scheduled colonoscopy; 2. Age 60 to 77 years old; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA. classification I to II; 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18 to 28 kg/m^2; 5. No history of severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver or kidney diseases; 6. Agreement to participate and signing of informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to the drugs used in this study; 2.Have been using analgesic or anesthetic drugs for a long time; 3.Have mental disorders or are unable to cooperate with the examination; 4. Cannot understand or cannot cooperate to complete the scoring; 5. The patient refuses to participate.
