65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 to 80 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I to III; 3. Scheduled for outpatient colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg/m^2; 2. Known contraindication or allergy to the study drugs; 3. Scheduled for therapeutic colonoscopy (e.g., Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection); 4. History of psychiatric disorder; 5. History of neurological disease; 6. History of chronic substance or alcohol abuse; 7. Any condition that would render the patient unsuitable for study participation (e.g., language barrier, cognitive impairment).
