18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective transsphenoidal approach pituitary tumor resection is performed; 2. General anesthesia through oral tracheal intubation; 3.Age between 18 and 65 years old; 4. Normal swallowing function(Improved low-lying field drinking water test <= Level 2); 5. The patient or their family member understands and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe mental illness or intellectual disability; 2. Those with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, kidney and other diseases; 3. People with diabetes, Sjogren's syndrome or those who have been using drugs that affect salivary gland function for a long time; 4. Patients who are participating in other oropharyngeal intervention trials.
