Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.There is a complete colonoscopy report (clearly recording the presence or absence of polyps, the number and size of polyps, and the pathological results). 2. Within three months prior to colonoscopy, there are complete records of the detection of new composite indicators (including but not limited to TyG, AIP, TC/HDL, METS-IR, NLR, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severely missing medical records. 2. Those with a history of colorectal cancer and intestinal resection surgery. 3. Those with severe missing covariate data.
