Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 35 to 79 years; 2. Permanent residents of the community (residents who have lived in the project area for more than 6 months in the 12 months before the survey); 3. Included in the management of the national basic public health services of the community.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, those with cognitive impairment, severe diseases or disabilities.
