Interventions

Sevoflurane group:Sevoflurane combined with remifentanil TCI was used to maintain anesthesia after tracheal intubation
Rimazolam group:Anesthesia was maintained by Rimazolam combined with remifentanil TCI pump injection after tracheal intubation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=65 years old; 2. Laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery under general anesthesia is planned, with an estimated operation time of more than 2 hours. 3.ASA classification: 2 to 3 grades.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to research drugs such as remimazolam or sevoflurane; 2. There was cognitive dysfunction before the operation; 3. Severe hearing impairment; 4. History of mental illness or long-term use of sedative or antidepressant drugs; 5. There are severe organic diseases, such as liver and kidney dysfunction; 6.BMI >35kg/m^2; 7. The researcher determined that the participant was not suitable for this researcher.
