Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-65 years old, gender not limited; 2.BMI index < 30; 3. Single or multiple articular cartilage defects, with a defect area of 1-3 cm^2, but without obvious bone defects; 4. No severe joint deformity (deformity Angle < 5°); 5. No systemic inflammatory diseases such as active arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis; 6. Preoperative MRI/PET-CT was used to rule out malignant lesions and severe bone lesions; 7. Be able to cooperate with postoperative rehabilitation and follow-up assessment, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cell contamination or substandard quality was found during the in vitro membrane preparation process; 2. Combined with severe osteoporosis, diabetes, systemic connective tissue disease or immune deficiency; 3. Preoperative infection or recent use of immunosuppressants; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Previous history of ipsilateral joint replacement or major joint surgery.
