60 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old,No gender limitation; 2. American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-III; 3. To undergo elective non-cardiac major surgery (thoracic surgery, abdominal surgery, urology surgery, limb joint surgery, and spinal surgery), with an estimated operation time >= 1.5 hours; 4. Postoperative hospitalization days >= 2 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalization history within 3 months before surgery; 2. Left ventricular ejection fraction < 30%, sick sinus syndrome, sinus bradycardia (heart rate < 50 beats/min), second degree type II or third degree atrioventricular block without pacemaker, history of Alzheimer's disease or Parkinson's disease; 3. History of schizophrenia or mental illness; 4. Inability to communicate effectively and refusal to participate.
