Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women in the early stage of pregnancy (<=13+6 weeks) who are 20 years old or older; 2. There are no plans for long-term residence or relocation in a different place from pregnancy to delivery. 3. No bad habits such as smoking, excessive drinking or drug abuse;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple pregnancies; 2. Combined with severe liver and kidney diseases, cancer and other underlying diseases; 3. Unable to cooperate in completing standardized data surveys and biological sample collection;
