Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 18 years old; 2. Clinically diagnosed with cerebral infarction or TIA; 3. The NIHSS score upon admission for patients with cerebral infarction is = 5 points; 4. The onset time is less than 7 days; 5. Signed the informed consent form for the clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. GCS score < 15; 2. Known to have participated in other interventional clinical trials during hospitalization; 3. Unable to understand and/or comply with the research procedures and/or follow-up due to mental disorders, cognitive or emotional impairments; 4. Has severe dysarthria or aphasia, and family members cannot act as questioners and answerers; 5. Suffers from severe non-cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases and is expected to survive for less than 3 months.
