Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Han ethnicity; 2.Aged between 3 and 12 years; 3.Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) criteria; 4.Able to understand and follow verbal instructions and perform basic motor tasks; 5.Informed consent obtained from the legal guardian; 6.Eligible for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanning, with no metallic implants or electronic, magnetic, or mechanical devices in or on the body.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of significant head trauma; 2.Presence of neurological disorders or psychiatric illnesses; 3.Recent use of medications that affect the central nervous system; 4.Physical disabilities that prevent participation in exercise interventions; 5.Cardiovascular disease, asthma, or other conditions that contraindicate vigorous physical activity; 6.Visual or auditory impairments.
