Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the definition provided in the 9th edition of Obstetrics and Gynecology textbooks, the patient is diagnosed with adenomyosis through ultrasound and CA125 testing, and the uterus is enlarged; 2. Age between 18 and 50 years old; 3. There were no obvious surgical or anesthetic contraindications before the operation, and all were elective surgeries; 4. Patients with complete clinical data and confirmed uterine adenomyosis by postoperative pathology; 5. The patient and their family members agree and sign the ERAS informed consent form; 6. The same surgical team evaluates and performs the surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and cerebrovascular disease; 2. Patients with a history of comorbid malignancy; 3. Patients with venous thrombosis and coagulation dysfunction before surgery; 4. Patients with severe mental illness and severe cognitive impairment; 5. Severe anemia or above (<=60g/L); 6. Changes in surgical approach during the operation, or the need for reoperation due to unplanned reasons.
