18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: >=18 years and 2 hours), ASA classification I-III; 3. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of intestinal diseases (such as inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal obstruction, intestinal ischemia, intestinal tumors, etc.); 2. History of severe liver or kidney dysfunction (ALT or AST > 3 times the upper limit of normal, serum creatinine > 2 times the upper limit of normal); 3. History of metabolic diseases (such as diabetic ketoacidosis, severe diabetes, etc.); 4. History of autoimmune diseases; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6. Use of probiotics or antibiotics within the past month; 7. Undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy within the past 3 months; 8. History of malignant tumors.
