Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Those who meet the diagnostic criteria; 2.Age 18-75 years old; 3.PSQI score>7 points; 4.Patients and their families have a clear understanding of the research methods and objectives, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, lung, kidney and hematopoietic system; 2.Those diagnosed with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia or other serious mental illness; 3.Patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome, restless legs syndrome and other sleep disorders; 4.Those with fever, cough and pain that seriously affect sleep; 5.Alcohol or other drug abusers or dependents; 6.Pregnant women, lactating women, etc. who are not suitable for acupuncture treatment; 7.Those who have received acupuncture treatment for insomnia in the past 1 month.
