Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.older than 18 years old; 2.expected mechanical ventilation time = 48 hours; 3.APACHE II score 15-25 points; 4.hemodynamic stability ( norepinephrine dosage < 0.1µg / kg / min; 5.voluntary participation, obtained the legal representative to sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with diaphragmatic dysfunction before mechanical ventilation; 2.patients with a history of neuromuscular diseases ( such as myasthenia gravis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, etc. ); 3.severe cognitive dysfunction ( MMSE < 10 points ); 4.severe visual / hearing impairment ( affecting stimulus perception ); 5.expected survival time < 72 hours; 6.pregnant women; 7.participants in other interventional clinical trials;
