Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study will enroll pregnant women aged 18 to 45 years, with a singleton pregnancy at term (>=37 weeks), classified as ASA physical status I or II, and scheduled for an elective cesarean delivery under spinal anesthesia. All participants must provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include a Body Mass Index (BMI) greater than 40, multiple gestation, placenta previa, significant cardiopulmonary disease, pre-existing hypertension, or gestational hypertension.
