Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old, gender not limited; 2. According to the AHA guidelines for coronary revascularization, it meets the indications for CABG surgery; Coronary angiography shows that the diameter of the coronary artery lumen is less than 50%, and the stenosis range is greater than 75% of the coronary artery segment where it is located, which meets the definition of diffuse coronary artery disease (DCAD). 4. Preoperative 18F-NaF PET/CT examination showed TBR > 3.6; 5. Understand and agree to participate in this project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction occurred recently (< 4 weeks); 2. Patients who underwent coronary endarterectomy during the operation; 3. Preoperative echocardiography indicates an ejection fraction of <=35%; 4. Preoperative echocardiography indicates that the patient has one or more of the following valve diseases: moderate or severe stenosis/insufficiency of the aortic valve, moderate or severe stenosis/insufficiency of the mitral valve; 5. Tumor or suspected tumor; 6. Acute or chronic inflammatory diseases; 7. Autoimmune diseases; 8. Have a history of cardiovascular surgery. 9. Patients with incomplete medical history information. 10. There is moderate to severe renal function impairment; 11. Patients known to have side effects of colchicine.
