Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients hospitalized in the obstetrics department for threatened abortion, threatened preterm labor, or full-term labor between August 2023 and July 2024 were selected to undergo uterine electrohysterogram (EHG) after obtaining informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria during Pregnancy: Patients meeting any of the following conditions were excluded from this study: 1. Patients with threatened abortion or threatened preterm labor not caused by uterine contractions (e.g., due to infection, cervical insufficiency, or uterine anomalies). 2. History of adenomyosis. 3. History of uterine fibroids (leiomyoma) with a largest diameter exceeding 3 cm or number exceeding 4. 4. Patients with poor uterine conditions, such as a history of cervical conization. Exclusion Criteria for Postpartum Patients: 1. Patients who underwent postpartum hemorrhage interventions such as uterine packing, uterine artery ligation, or uterine compression sutures. 2. Patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to coagulation disorders, placental factors, or lacerations of the birth canal.
