Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female rowers aged between 13 and 16 years; 2.Regular training experience (>=3 sessions per week); 3.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score <= 7, indicating good sleep quality in the past month; 4.No chronic illnesses, psychiatric disorders, or long-term medication use; 5.Physically healthy and free of injuries; 6.Classified as "local-level / developmental stage" athletes according to the McKay classification; 7.Voluntary participation with written informed consent obtained from both the participant and her legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of sleep disorders, neurological diseases, or psychiatric conditions; 2.Presence of cardiovascular, pulmonary, or other contraindications to exercise; 3.Allergic to electrode patches or unable to comply with wearing monitoring devices; 4.Taking medications that may affect sleep or heart rate during the study period; 5.Interruptions in training or injuries affecting data integrity; 6.Refusal to sign informed consent or voluntary withdrawal during the trial.
