Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 60 years and older, classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status I-III, scheduled for surgery distal to the elbow joint, and without contraindications to postoperative rehabilitation training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with puncture site infection, history of prior trauma or surgery in the supraclavicular region, or known allergy to ropivacaine; those requiring postoperative ICU monitoring and care; patients refusing postoperative rehabilitation training; chronic users of oral opioid analgesics; and individuals participating in other drug studies or clinical trials.
