Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 65 -75 years old, gender not limited. 2. Anesthesia ASA grade I-III; 3. Good language communication skills, no obvious hearing or visual impairments, and no history of mental illness (depression, schizophrenia), drug abuse or alcoholism in the past.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient has suffered from or is currently suffering from delirium, severe dementia, Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia, depression, epilepsy, etc. 2. Take floperidol, cholinesterase inhibitors or other atypical antipsychotic drugs (risperidone, olanzapine) before the operation; 3. Patients who have suffered from or previously suffered from stroke, myocardial ischemia or infarction, or heart failure within the past 6 months; 4. Head skin injuries where a brain oxygen electrode cannot be placed.
