Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: female sex, age 18-40 years, absence of pelvic deformity, no mobility limitations, and voluntary participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women,pre-existing deformity or limited mobility secondary to congenital conditions, trauma to the spine or pelvis, or other underlying diseases
