Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least one history of a severe ankle sprain, with the first sprain occurring =12 months ago, and the most recent injury >3 months ago; 2. The injured ankle repeatedly sprains, feeling unstable or giving way during daily activities and sports; 3. Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) score <24.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of previous surgery or fracture in the lower limbs; 2. Within the past three months, the musculoskeletal structure of other joints in the lower limbs has suffered an acute injury.
