65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Scheduled for hip arthroplasty or internal fixation of fractures; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I–III; 4.Ability to cooperate with the research process, use various valuation scales and effectively communicate with researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of mental illness; 2. Visual/auditory impairment; 3. Preoperative cognitive impairment (Mini-Cog50%) or contraindications for SGB.
