Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old; 2. Before being included in the study, all were confirmed by gastroscopy to meet the standards for peptic ulcer set by the World Health Organization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have an allergic reaction to the drug in this study; 2. Those with severe heart and lung diseases, blood system diseases, malignant tumors, weakened immune function, hemorrhagic diseases, or liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Lactating or pregnant women; 4. Those with severe neurological diseases or mental disorders who are unable to take medication as prescribed; 5. Digestive tract tumors or ulcers with malignant lesions not ruled out, special ulcers (pyloric canal ulcers, giant ulcers (ulcer diameter greater than 2cm), Dieulafoy ulcers, refractory ulcers); 6. There are severe ulcer complications such as perforation and pyloric obstruction; 7. There is active bleeding or hemorrhagic shock; 8. Within one week prior to inclusion in the study, the patient had used PPI, H2 receptor blockers, P-CAB drugs, bismuth agents, mucosal protectants, or antibiotics.
