Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for shock; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Abdominal ultrasound can be collected; 4. The expected length of stay in the ICU is more than 5 days; 5. Obtain the informed consent of the patient and their family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years old; 2. Pregnant and lactating patients; 3. Previous inflammatory bowel disease; 4. Excessive gas accumulation in the intestines; 5. A huge incision in the abdomen affects the ultrasound section. 6. No informed consent was obtained.
