Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The primary caregiver agrees that the family members and students can participate in this study and signs the informed consent form; 2. No flu vaccine has been received since July 2025.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with contraindications to influenza vaccination, such as those allergic to the components in the vaccine; Other people with severe allergic constitutions; Patients with demyelinating diseases The contraindications clearly listed in the instructions of the vaccine manufacturer. 2. For various reasons, those who cannot or are not suitable to receive the influenza vaccine or cannot cooperate with the vaccination, such as patients with acute fever or acute infection, or those with acute exacerbation of chronic diseases, should receive the vaccine after recovery. 3. Temporary caregivers for primary school students (living together for less than 3 months).
