Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 40 years 2.NSCLC patients planned for thoracoscopic segmentectomy or lobectomy after excluding relevant contraindications. 3.Sign the informed consent form, agreeing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The preoperative exclusion criteria are: 1. Severe metabolic disorders: Poorly controlled diabetes, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism; 2. Liver and kidney function impairment: acute and chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, liver insufficiency, chronic kidney disease, uremia, etc. 3. Edema and pleural and peritoneal effusions; 4. Age >85 years old; 5. BMI<18.5kg/m ^2 The postoperative exclusion criteria are: 1. Conversion exploration surgery and conversion thoracotomy surgery; 2. Missing data on observation indicators not caused by death
