Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ARDS patients who meet the new global definition of ARDS in 2023 2.PaO2/FiO2 =5cmH2O) 3. The duration of invasive mechanical ventilation with tracheal intubation is less than 48 hours 4. Age >18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for EIT (such as pacemakers) or inability to place EIT straps (such as chest dressings, skin ulcers, etc.) 2. Severe hemodynamic instability 3. Unstable spinal fractures 4. Pregnant women
